Great service!  Walked away with a great mattress at a great price!

You learn about a company when things don’t go as expected. After a year of having our product, the control board on the adjustable base failed. When I called for help, my call was answered immediately and the owner went above and beyond to help. He assisted with troubleshooting and when we realized the problem could not be resolved simply, he has a new part on the way within the day. They stand behind the products they sell and work to resolve any issues. 10/10.

I didn't really know what to expect, but there was a wide selection of mattresses and I felt very comfortable trying them out and taking my time. We got our questions answered and there was no pressure to buy. We picked out a new mattress for my son and the purchase process was easy. The mattress was just shipped (vacuum sealed) and it was as expected. Everything was smooth and couldn't have really asked for anything more.

The staff was amazing at the school where I bought the mattress in October 2023. They were professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me several mattresses. I chose a really firm mattress because that is what I was use to sleeping on, they did caution me that this was an extra firm mattress. When checking out and paying for the mattress they said if I have any questions or concerns about my mattress to let them know. My mattress was extremely firm and my body was aching when I got up in the mornings. 

I notified Nancy via email and she responded very quickly. We shared several emails and a few calls and they were able to help we with a new mattress that best fits my physical needs and comfort. 

I highly recommend The Mattress Fundraiser company (CFS of Seattle) for mattresses, bed frames, and pillows. My niece and her husband bought a mattress and frame at the fundraiser as well, and it is working out extremely well for them.

This is a company with great customer service, integrity, supportive, flexible, professional and friendly.

My experience was very positive the salesperson wasknowledgable found the perfect mattress which I love .The school did an excellent job of setting up signs and directing us to the event location on the high school campus but most of all the woman salesperson was so helpful and efficient and found me a perfect choice! I have followed her directions on rotation of the mattress and it is the best comfort I have ever had. I have told my friends about the whole experience and hope you will keep me informed of future events so I can tell them! By the way two of the salespeople became ill leaving only two salespeople to handle the crowd. I was impressed by how those two continued to be helpful, cheerful and still take time to really explain the qualities of the different choices. I was looking for a single size, but they still managed to treat me like I was buying the most expensive mattress available.I was treated like a valued customer and I had never seen those who were working event!

I appreciate the ease of shopping, the range of options, and especially the professional knowledge of those helping.
